Our Call Center Associates are the first line in communication for our organization and an integral part of our success. You will pre-qualify local homeowners to pair them with our in-home sales professionals so they can diagnose issues and estimate repairs for our basement waterproofing, foundation solutions and mitigation services.

Primary Job Functions

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound marketing calls for Job Estimates, Inspections, and Testing Services
  • Scheduling Appointments for Leads
  • Sell Pre-Purchase & Tenant/ Non-Homeowner Inspection Services
  • Sell Mold Testing Services
  • Determining qualified leads
  • Booking appointments for our sales team.
  • Making outbound calls to leads and customers for follow-up.
  • Follow up from answering service or any other lead aggregator
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and events by making outbound calls to generate new prospect leads, identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Build effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers
  • Enter data accurately into our Customer Relationship Management System to ensure a smooth hand-off to the Administrative Staff
  • Assist with other departmental needs as necessary

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 1-3 years of telemarketing, phone customer service or inside sales experience
  • Experience with common (CRM) customer relationship management software and platforms
  • Great work ethic, self-disciplined & excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be available for extended hours: ability to work days, evenings, and Saturday shifts
  • Must pass a mandatory background check.
